Ford India, a wholly owned subsidiary of the American auto giant Ford, launched their highly anticipated small car, hatchback, Ford Figo a while ago, with which it hoped to ride to the number one position in India. For this, the Ford Figo was built on entirely new platform to make it more suitable to the Indian market. In spite of this, the car resembles the Ford Fusion with a different front end design.
